Prep and concrete repair come first
Preparation is the part of a coating job that decides whether it lasts. We mechanically grind every slab with diamond tooling to open the concrete, then repair cracks, pits, and spalled areas and level the surface before priming.
There are no acid-wash shortcuts and we do not coat over dirty or sealed concrete. If a slab is not a good candidate, we say so.

Do you repair concrete before coating it?

Yes. Crack, pit, and spall repair is part of normal preparation. Coating over unrepaired damage is how coatings fail early.
Can a coating be applied over sealed or painted concrete?

Not directly. Existing sealers and coatings are removed by grinding so the new system bonds to clean, profiled concrete.
What if the slab has a moisture problem?

We check for moisture during the estimate. If the slab has a moisture or structural issue that makes coating a bad idea, we tell you straight rather than taking the job.
